Refund Policy for Programs
At AACI Jerusalem - The Dr. Max & Gianna Glassman Family Center

If cancellation takes place at least a day before program begins:
  • AACI retains 10% of program fee. If program fee was lower than 200 NIS, AACI retains a 20 NIS minimum administration fee.
  • For programs (such as trips, catered events) with deadlines for AACI payment commitments – cancellation deadlines and amounts will be adjusted to be relevant to the specifics of AACI’s financial obligation for that program.

If cancellation takes place the day of the program or after program begins:
  • AACI will pro-rate the number of sessions attended, and refund the difference minus 10% (or 20 NIS minimum, as above).
  • If more than half the sessions are over in the program/course when a refund is requested, no refund.  Exceptions may be made for if serious reasons (illness) involved, which should be stated in written request.
There will be no refunds for programs in which AACI has a financial obligation already in place that can’t be cancelled.

Requests for refunds must be in writing and include receipt number of the original program payment.
