Who is Micah Goodman?
Micah is a lecturer at Hebrew University, a research fellow at the Shalom Hartman Institute and the director of the Ein Prat Midrasha.
He has written 3 best-selling books and is certain to be a memorable speaker

Public Libraries
Wherever you live the chances are there's a library close to you. Membership is free requiring only a deposit check.
 
JELLY English Teachers' Combined Resource Libraries: unique in Israel!
To date over 90 teachers have borrowed books this school year. We are based at the Baka library, Baka matnas, 3 Rehov Issachar. Open on Sundays 10-15:00 and Tuesdays 13:00-18:00, 02-6711734
These two collections have;
1) Sets of Readers for Hebrew speaking students and beginners.
2)  Sets of books of fiction for English speakers and high level students.

A Teachers’ evening is planned for February and in January we will be launching our 2019 Kids Read project. Email for more details.
 
JELLY Programming
English story hours are flourishing in the City Libraries
*Baka Mondays at 16.15, Parent-led Story Hour for preschoolers takes place weekly in Gan Horim - ground floor.
*Katamon library weekly on Sundays at 16.30 
*Kiryat Shmuel Community Centre monthly on Thursdays at 16:00 with Annabelle
Other new story hours are planned to start shortly.
JELLY also supports Telling Tales a monthly story hour for adults led by Annabelle Landgarten (actress/story teller) at Baka library. Meeting at 20:00 on Sunday 13/01/19 and again on Tuesday 12/02/19 - suggested donation of 25 NIS.
