AACI National office, working in cooperation with the Jewish Agency's Aliyah Department, provides information to those persons interested in aliyah to Israel. AACI National trains and supervises professional counselors throughout the country who answer questions and provide information, referrals and employment advice.
AACI represents an extension of the North American Jewish community in Israel. AACI, in support and cooperation with Jewish communities and organizations throughout North America, administers revolving short-term non-interest bearing emergency loans, as well as supplemental mortgages and business loans.
AACI offers crucial support from the very first day an oleh arrives in Israel. Upon arrival at Ben Gurion Airport, AACI provides new olim with an experienced volunteer to guide them through the initial steps in their new home.
While most programming in AACI is planned on a local basis, AACI also organizes country-wide programs for all of our members.
The Employment Resource Center centralizes our employment services, and gives new olim the opportunity and facilities to succeed in the job market. Our vocational employment counselor provides help with resume preparation and writing, vocational counseling, professional networking contacts and references to available jobs.
AACI has a unique understanding of new immigrants' needs, and is dedicated to the successful
(absorption) of North Americans into Israel society. This knowledge, ability and commitment is based on 50 years of extensive experience. Specialized assistance is provided to tourists, new and veteran
(immigrants). AACI encourages and assists individuals and families planning to make or who have already made
