CAMPAIGN FOR OVERSEAS MEMBERS

AACI is conducting a campaign to increase ouroverseas membership. We urge our members to help us by informing us about potential overseas supporters. Please send us names of relatives and friends who might join AACI as overseas members. Your support, and that of your family and friends, will enable AACI to continue to provide its vital Aliyah and Klitah services and to maintain its high level of programming.

Please send names, addresses and E-mail addresses to AACI, P.O. Box 4337, Jerusalem 91042 or E-mail to info@aaci.org.il . We will then contact these people, tell them about AACI and ask them to help support our work by becoming an overseas member. Thank you for your interest and assistance.

AACI’s Hai Society in Full Swing

AACI’s Hai Society consists of donors who contribute a minimum gift of $1000 annually.  Both by offering us guidance and providing financial support, this vital circle of friends give AACI the impetus and stamina to keep moving towards an exciting future.  Hai Society events provide the forum for our leadership to come together and share ideas while enjoying a pleasant evening.

Thursday, June 12th, AACI celebrated our latest successful Hai Society event.  The event was called An Evening of Wine and Roses, and took place at the stunning home of Sarah Weinstein in Jerusalem’s Rechavia neighborhood.  Our wine expert Zvika Amitai of Zmora’s boutique Winery's gave an informative and entertaining presentation of they’re newest and best wines of which we all sampled.

After the wine tasting, introductions of all present were made, personal experiences of aliyah and visions of Israel were warmly shared and AACI important pre and post Aliyah work was praised. The finale was a beautiful guitar performance featuring improvisations on Spanish classical and flamenco guitar, and more, by AACI's own Yitzhak Gonzalez, a recent oleh.

The wine tasting was accompanied by a rich and colorful smorgasbord in which everyone had a chance to enjoy and mingle.
