Livia Berman,

Hi, my name is Livia Berman and I am the coordinator of the AACI Travel Experience. I began in the travel industry in 1981 and eventually opened my own office in Westchester New York. In 1994 I made aliyah with my husband and we both began working in Ophir Tours on arrival. I have been working with the AACI travel program as well as managing one of the Ophir Tour Branches and today my office is located in Tel Aviv University. I have been very fortunate to travel to many places in the world but I still have my wish list of a few destinations I have not managed to visit yet. I think if I had to choose my favorite destinations it would be Italy, in a lovely villa in the Umbrian Hills or cruising in the warm waters of the Caribbean. Debbie Sinai, Tel Aviv

My name is Debbie Sinai and I came to Israel in 1977 with a background in social work. I spent my first 10 years with the Jewish Agency working with new immigrants. When I left the Jewish Agency I worked for Central Region AACI as Assistant Director where I began my travel experience with Domestic Tourism developing all kinds of group travel for AACI. I have been working for Ophir Tours and the AACI Travel Experience for 12 years now specializing in International Travel as well as local travel for both groups and the individual traveler. My expertise in travel includes North America, Domestic Tourism, Cruises and Group Travel for the AACI. I am married with 2 children and have been living in the Tel Aviv area since my aliyah to Israel.

Cherie Gitin,

My name is Cherie Gitin and I made Aliyah from Detroit, Michigan in 1969. Three children later I decided to find a job that would allow me to use my people skills as well as problem solving skills and enrolled in the Ministry of Tourism's Course for Travel Agents. In 1987 I began working at Ophir Tours. I later completed the Ministry of Tourism's Expert Course. In 1992 when Ophir Tours and the AACI joined forces to establish the AACI Travel Experience I was chosen to be the travel agent for this program. Within a short period of time the program expanded and there are now AACI Experience Agents in many of our offices

Henriette Herz-Levy

My name is Henriette Hertz-Levy. I made Aliyah from Denmark/Copenhagen in 1994. I started working in the travel business with Ophir Tours and the AACI Travel Experience in July 1998. With one sentence I would describe myself as a reliable agent. I keep myself updated about what's going on in the business (prices, specials, and combinations), especially to the States and Europe. My name is Susan Lawrence-Mor, I made Aliyah from England in 1977 as a child with my family and I am now married with 4 lovely children. We live in Jerusalem. I have been working for the travel industry for the last 16 years at two large travel agencies in Jerusalem. Hi my name is Dawn Marsden. I first started in the travel business in London in 1986 where I worked for a small company specializing in self-catering vacations in Israel. In 1987 I moved to Peltours where I worked until I made Aliyah in 1990. On my arrival in Israel I worked for Tower Air for a period of 2 years. I worked for Unitours in Tel Aviv for 3 months in their incoming department and in November of 1993 I started working for Ophir Tours where I have been ever since. My 19.5 years experience in the travel industry has provided me with an overall knowledge of different destinations.

Chana Koren
My name is Chana Koren and I made Aliyah in 1979 to Kibbutz Beit Rimon. After moving around the country, my Israel husband and five children have settled in the Modiin area. I am presently working as a qualified travel agent at the Modiin branch of Ophir Tours. With a degree in Israeli Studies and Geography I am qualified to assist in domestic tour consultation together with all other tourist services available in Israel and abroad. At the Modiin branch I am coordinator for domestic travel as well as your connection to the AACI Travel Experience. Marcelle Kornel
I made Aliyah with my husband and 3 children in August 1994. I have been in the Travel Business all my working life and at Ophir Tours in Ra'anana since we settled in Israel. Naturally, South Africa is my "baby", and I have had experience in Business and Leisure travel, hotels, car-hire, trains, ferries, cruises, groups, organized and personal guided tours.

Hi, my name is Aurelia Gradus, I was borne in France and lived in the US for 9 years before making Aliyah with my family in 1991.My goal in life is to travel the world and see as many new and exciting places as possible, I have already traveled in Australia, Europe, the US, Asia .....and more.
