edition of the Legal Direcory 2008, please click below: ******** Dear fellow lawyer, For many decades the AACI Legal Directory delivered an important service for AACI members as well as for legal committee members who were listed. AACI counselors, members and the 150,000 strong English speaking community in Israel have used the Directory as a vital tool when seeking a reference for legal advice and services. As you may be aware, the AACI legal directory lists AACI members in good standing who are admitted to practice law in Israel, and in most cases, in the United States or Canada. It is compiled as a service to AACI members, and to English-speakers in Israel and overseas and does not constitute a recommendation of any particular lawyer. In the good old days, neither the lawyers listed nor the AACI members who referred to the directory were ever charged anything for this service. However times have changed Therefore AACI has decided to charge 500 NIS for listing in the new edition (250 NIS for those who were admitted to the Israel Bar less than 5 years ago. The new legal Directory will be in an updated format and copies will be printed for distribution within AACI around the country, as well as to shlichim in the US and Canada. The new edition will also go on to AACI’s web site for maximum worldwide exposure. The new Legal Directory will be, as in the past, a very beneficial way to inform potential clients of your areas of experience and expertise, and to receive work as experts in the law of your home state or province. If you would like to continue to be listed, please fill in the enclosed form and send with a check payable to AACI for NIS 500 to cover all expenses of this important project.
